Impressed by website, purchasing and ticket issue. However car park itself is in an awful state. Very poor road surface, in fact we got a flat due to a large bolt, and extremely tight access for manoeuvring whilst trying to locate parking space. Massive puddles and potholes also a problem.
It needs a system to help drivers find the empty slots as well as improved surfacing, clear road and bay markings and wider road access.
