For the amount Luton charges for this car park, the surface is an absolute disgrace and there are no marked bays so it is all a bit haphazard. it is also very poorly signposted to the exit. Since the exit route from the other drop off area has been run round the outside of it, you can no longer go up a row and drive round the end.
I have seen a more professional shambles in Helmand province!
