Having rebooked the long term car park the only problem was that when I put the card in to exit the car park the barrier did not open and the charge on the machine showed £209. Only when I spoke Via the intercom for assistance did I manage to get the barrier raised. Surely when you prebook this should not happen. My prebooked reference number was JRK05
