Everything worked really well. Polite, nice staff, the whole procedure was painless and it was so nice not to have to travel far with our luggage. In fact it was so good we have booked again for June. Its costing slightly more than a taxi would but the convenience of having our own car makes up for that.
Would certainly recommend.
