Despite paying my £ 33 fee online in advance for my 1-3/may parking and without overrunning on my departure time I was prevented from exiting at the gate on 3/may unless I paid an additional £ 69.
Pressing of the call button to correct this oversight went unanswered for 2 mins so a large queue built up behind me.
Finally exited after speaking to an operator.
A neighbouring driver to me in the same predicament reluctantly paid a further £ 69 just to be able to exit.
