Receiving this email regarding my "recent parking experience" nearly gave me a heart attack, thinking that I had incorrectly booked my visit dates!!!
Thankfully I still have the confirmation email which states the dates are as I booked them, but they are still almost 2 weeks in the future.
Receiving an email like this prematurely is appalling!!!
