I use this car park around 3 to 4 times a year, it always felt as value for money. But this last time I was extremely frustrated after realising I was instructed to park in a new section where the only way to get to the bus stop is by using the steps, there is no alternative. It is absolutely inconvenient when carrying your holiday luggage.
When you're paying for a service such as this, you expect the facilities to make travelling easier, not a hassle.
