I travel a lot for work but never through Luton before - and frankly never again.
Not enough parking spaces / infrequent car park buses both on departure and arrival / little seating in departures / bars more concerned with making a profit from alcohol sales than the well-being of travellers and the effects on those around them / long queues, long delays and no staff to willing to help at the gate / HUGE queues at passport control on return.
