On a recent trip my return was delayed by a day. This meant I had to pay extra, which is reasonable. What I don't think is reasonable is the rate. I had to pay the same for 1 day that 3 days had cost me - just over £20. I think this punitive charging is disappointing and in future I will look for an alternative to what is otherwise a very convenient service.
