Pre paid but when I returned and put the ticket in to exit it said I owed £84!
Pressed for assistance, waited a very long time and then attendant was quite impolite. Before I could even finish my sentence he just said "Name?"...I waited and waited.....and then he said "ok" then the barrier opened. No apology, just rather rude.
