Although I prepaid for parking and followed the instructions to the letter, I still had to press the help button on exit as your system wanted me to pay again.
In addition, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a bus from the terminal to the car park on return. I could have walked there faster.
On a positive note, I found parking easily and only had a short wait for the bus from the car park to the terminal (about 5 minutes)
