I have used this service previously and have always had a positive experience. However on this occasion upon arriving at the carpark the registration was not recognised and I had to take a ticket. I did not think much of this until I tried to exit the carpark and was confronted with an £84.00 bill. I can only assume my registration was not entered into the system. I would like to say that the female customer assistant at the car park at 10.15-10.30pm was extremely helpful and sorted the problem swiftly.
