I usually enjoy parking at Luton Long Term Car Park. It is easily accessible, it appears safe, there is usually space and the surface is good. The buses are also frequent and quick. I would have given it a 'Very good' rating, but this time, again, the camera on the entry gate failed to read my car registration and a) did not greet me with my name thus making me question whether I had booked, and b) means that on exit I will be faced with a large bill that I must negotiate with the attendant via the Help button to alleviate. This adds to the stress of the journey.
