Was annoyed as I pre-paid for the service but I was still issued a ticket to gain access, luckily when leaving I managed to get a member off staff to raise the gate even though the machine expected me to pay again. And I arrived and left in the alloted time. overall I was disappointed with the service but happy with the problem solving.
