My car was not recognised and on return after 8 days I was presented with a screen bill of £171 despite having pre-booked and paid in advance. Luckily the call assistance button worked after 30 seconds, and after giving my code the barrier was opened by the assistant. However, there was only one exit working and the queue behind me of cars waiting was beginning to build up. The technology should be slicker than that.
