I missed the bus at the first stop, ran to catch it at the second but he pulled away just as I got there. I kept running and the bus driver waited a few seconds at the third stop for me to get on the bus. I was very tight time-wise after the M1 was very slow & the road works - so really appreciated this. Thanked the driver for being considerate at the time and am happy to share this positive feedback with you too (just before 18:00 on 12 May. Medium Stay car park).
