On the positive side, I really liked pre-registering for parking, enabling me to drive right in and drive right out. Compared to most London airports, Luton is fairly convenient to get to.
On the downside, for a smaller airport it took forever waiting for a shuttle bus. I regret I didn't time the wait but it certainly was more than 10 mins. And on our return, we stood for a long time in a hail storm waiting for the return bus.
