I made a mistake when booking on line the flight leaving Lanzarote was on the 11th June and arrival in Luton on the 12th,I inadvertently put arrival as 11th.When I arrived at Luton I told the representative admitting the car and he just altered the date.However when I arrived to pick up my car I had to pay a further £ 36 for the booking mistake I had made.The car parking company were fully aware of the flights from Lanzarote on that date and I feel that I was ripped off at a time when I was most vulnerable.I used that parking facility because I am a disabled pensioner despite the fact that it is very expensive,needless to say I shall never use it again.
