I bought a pair gold huggies for my daughter and sadly she lost one of the heart charms that came with it. Though Luv AJ didn't have a replacement in stock, they went out of their way to ask if there was another choice she'd like and sent her a super cute pair of hot pink and gold hoops to make her feel better. The customer service was amazing, my daughter was so excited to wear such a cute pair of earrings and they came on her actual birthday, which is awesome! We will definitely be ordering more beautiful things!
