“If you ever make returns with Luv Aj, they only refund you $9.99 plus the $7.99 shipping fee aka -$19 the amount you paid for since YOU the customer has to pay the shipment costs and a handling fee? Also, a majority of the gold plated jewelry is overpriced for just sterling silver. Do not purchase from here unless you want to pay for overpriced sterling silver jewelry.”

“I bought a pair gold huggies for my daughter and sadly she lost one of the heart charms that came with it. Though Luv AJ didn't have a replacement in stock, they went out of their way to ask if there was another choice she'd like and sent her a super cute pair of hot pink and gold hoops to make her feel better. The customer service was amazing, my daughter was so excited to wear such a cute pair of earrings and they came on her actual birthday, which is awesome! We will definitely be ordering more beautiful things!”

“Hello, l have ordered 2 necklaces from Luv Aj, on Ruby and one Emerald. They are gorgeous. I looked for these 2 necklaces for a very long time. In gold, 16 inches and the stones not large than 2mm. I found them at this shop for a very good price. I received my necklaces today and loooooove them. Thank you”

“Omg Luv Aj customer service is THE BEST. I placed an order and one item was a pre order expected to be ship early July, so I asked them if they could split my order and what were the additional fees since it’s an international order, I was expecting they would ask me not more than 30$ for the second delivery but they told me I would have to pay 125$ which I thought was extremely expensive since I had already paid 125$ for the delivery + import duties and taxes during checkout, after a few exchange of emails they told me in the end that they would be happy to waive the shipping fees for me and that I would be inform when my first part will get shipped. Like SERIOUSLY I wasn’t expecting that kind of answer at ALL or for the shipping fees to be offered. Then the next day I got an email saying that they were actually able to get my order in full. I just love this company so much already. Thank you!! Don’t change a thing”

“Luv Aj has a special place in my heart. I am totally obsessed with their classic as well as trendy pieces. I get so many complaints every time I wear their jewelry. Quality is exceptional too. They are waterproof and NEVER tarnish. Luv Aj team is absolutely phenomenal, they will go above and beyond to make sure customers are well taken care of. My overall experience with them has been amazing. Luv Aj is everything you want and more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Placed an order for the XL figaro chain anklet, it said it came with a 2.5” extender but only comes with a 0.5” which means it doesn’t fit your ankle at all.”
