Solved my conversion issue converting and old race bike with 1 piece crankset to a 3 piece, but needed to order in my desired front ring. I came back a week later, hadn't heard form them, and found out the order had not been processed. Instead leaving me hanging they solved the problem on the spot and produced a comparable solution which cost more but they absorbed the cost and apologised for the stuff up. Top shelf boys!
