Hi there, we purchased a DK balance bike that had a small warranty issue when unpacked. The guys at luxbmx we’re so easy to deal with and organised a return postage paid slip and we had a new bike delivered in just a couple of days.
We will definitely be buying our sons future bmx bikes from lux.
