I understand how business work but putting yourself first and not customer is not way of doing it .
Restocking 10 % big no no when you receive stock back in original condition . No one does that .
Paying for shipping when you send back good is big problem as well .
Store credit is fine .
You must think about overseas buyer what they go through when following your process .
I am pretty sure you will rethink on doing business again and do in better way to retain customer .
