Travelled in from overseas, I spoke the guy’s down at Lux Bmx explained the situation and they did a fantastic job getting my bike sorted so that I could get back riding straight away after travelling from the UK 🇬🇧 I handed over the bike travel bag. They built it up from absolute scratch and even managed to provide me with spokes which they ‘cut to size’ to complete my custom wheel build! Safe to say the bike feels so dialled and the team smashed it! Great customer service at the shop counter & even spoke to Dale the mechanic that built the bike who was extremely helpful. Couldn’t be any happier 👍🏼 Overall would highly recommend!
