LUXBMX provided excellent customer service with product knowledge and time spent, it was always a personal response to any enquires I have had which were many before I had even purchased a product from them. I ordered two forgotten rascal balance bikes, which were a sale steal price at less then halve price. $125 ea normally $270ea. So I got two for less then the price of one. Bargain so was pleased with both the price and the delivery time of two days stoked. The forgotten rascals are an excellent build quality however a little on the heavy side for my 2 year olds would be better suited 3-4yr olds.
