I spoke with Claudio regarding a BMX Racing Bike for my 12 year old Grandaughter. He was so lovely to deal with with, so informative and helpful. He helped me find choices of a suitable Bike and explained them all to me in detail - pro's and con's - so I could make a fully informed decicison. No pressure and the whole process was an enjoyable experience where I also learnt a lot. Thank you so much Claudio. I will be back for servicing of my Bike and future dealings.
