I have not purchased a bike over the internet before, let alone from the other side of Australia, but LUXBMX made it super easy. My bike and the other items i purchased were packed and sent off the same working day (QLD), and arrived 1 day later than the earliest estimate(WA), due to the Easter Holidays. I am very happy with that! Not only that I found some parts I wanted on the LUXBMX website and selected to be notified when they come into stock, LUXBMX messaged me within a few days to advise me that they had no time frame for them to be in stock and linked some alternatives. Im super thankful for that kind of service. I will purchase from LUXBMX in the future without a doubt. Thanks everyone @LUXBMX
