If 6 stars was an option, they'd have it! Excellent communication. Upgraded to express shipping because they didn't have stock of one item. I ordered the size bearing and asked if I could ship it back and exchange it. They just sent out the right one free of charge! LUX will definitely be my first port of call next time I need something.
