Unfortunately I purchased a gift voucher for someone who is unable to use it! As soon as I was made aware of this, two days after purchase, I emailed the store to find out about a possible refund. No-one replied. I followed up again and still had no reply. I realise the purchase is ultimately my problem, but shame about the lack of response! I would also suggest making your gift vouchers a bit more interesting - perhaps an image or some colour - as it's not too exciting to get a birthday gift voucher that is just text in an email.
UPDATE: I've just received a call from the store. As soon as they saw my review they reached out to apologise for missing it and offer a refund. Thank you for the fast reply!
