Was extremely fast processing from order being made to shipment and arrival of the goods. Handy payment options. Great quality. I think the couriers had thrown the bike around a bit because there were a few scratch marks on the frame beneath the wrapping. I'd say u need to ensure your couriers understand them at they cannt throw them around. But over all great experience.
