Excellent service! Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the items purchased on-line (manufacturer’s fault, not LuxBMX’s), but my email was answered by Dave, from customer service, within a few hours (on a weekday) and the item replaced within a few days. I’ll definitely be purchasing from LuxBMX in the future.
