Pretty good service. Needs improvements such as actually reading the delivery instructions. I asked for signature and got a drop off with no signature. The company also needs to package the parts better to protect the product as the product I got was a little bit scratched from transport and was lose inside a box. It should have been tightly packed for international travel. The only positive to this though is there's no excessive use of plastic but its at a demise of the product. I'm mainly targeting colony here so pass my message on. Cheers. Overall:good service for affordable and reliable bmx parts.
