Unfortunately the main item I wanted wasn't in stock. I was refunded promptly for that item and the rest of the order was dispatched same day. I would have preferred to be given the opportunity to cancel the entire order. I wouldn't choose to buy here again based on this experience, though if they had all the products they have listed actually available it would be an excellent service.
