The customer service was fantastic. I have been experiencing much trouble from USPS lately as this is the second time the post office has lost a package of mine. Although most of my past complications with USPS have yet to be resolved, Jenean has been there to help me retrieve my order the whole way through. It’s been very easy to get a hold of somebody for help, I get to talk to the same person every time, and the responsiveness is instant. We were able to get things squared away so that I can once again look forward to my first Luxie purchase! Thanks!
