I'm working here 2 years and I'm not thinking about the change. Great and really supportive managers, clear rules and great possibility to grow and improve yourself. The company offers a good work-life balance, and employees have flexible working hours. They also provide remote work options, which is great for people who prefer to work from home.
Cpmpany has a lot of internal trainings and also has an Udemy access without any restructions.
Company doesn't pay much unfortunately.
