After an initially great service when ordering samples my final order arrived with 6 broken tiles. I contacted Jamie and he was very responsive to sort the problem. However after a few weeks I began chasing the offered replacements and was getting very little back. When I called I was contstanly told the person I needed to speak to was out of the office. After 12 weeks I had to fit what I had using damaged tiles where they couldn't be seen and eventaually leaving on wall untiled. Terrible service.
