I ordered the Classic Terry Cloth Spa Rome in Pacific Blue for our entire family. We worked directly with Kelly to replicate a custom family specific design to embroider on each robe. Kelly was amazingly responsive, produced a few different options for our review, gave us tips on coloring and spacing and kept us on track so we would get the custom robes in time for the holidays. The robes arrived timely and were beautifully embroidered. We ordered XLs for the boys and Ls for the girls as we wanted them to be oversized and comfy and that worked out perfectly. We could not be more pleased with the product and the customer service. We will absolutely order again in the future.
