Excellent quality kimono robe. I ordered the wrong size monogrammed and they still let me exchange it! Talk about amazing customer service. On top I ordered another robe and they allowed me to cancel it as well. I love this company!! Thank you especially Kelly! And response to my emails were courteous, prompt, and helpful. Highly recommend. Pricy r9bes but we'll worth it. The quality is amazing.
