First I must say how much I appreciated the level of cumstomer service and communication I got from Kelly. I felt like I was really cared for and apprecited. Secondy, when I recieved the robes I was very impressed, not only with the embroidery work, but the quailty of the robes themselves. I don't think I've even seen such a nice bathrobe. I'm sure I will order more in the future!
