Ordered a robe for a christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately it was too large. Called and spoke to Kelly, she assisted me with getting the correct size and setting up exchange. With in a few days recieved new robe which fit perfect and wife loves it. Would highly recommend this company, Kelly was great to work with and robe is excellent quality
