We had an Escape booked in Milawa, Victoria that had already been deferred once & which now required us to lock-in an alternative booking date by 30/09 for use by 24/12, which we couldn't do due to the Victorian Government's current Covid lockdown of Melbourne. I called LE to discuss & left a message for them to call me back. Clare from LE called me back to discuss our problem & suggested we apply for a Refund Credit which we could put towards or use for any LE over the next 18 months. We agreed that this was the best option, so Clare kindly offered to complete the process for us. We would have given 5 stars if the Escape we had booked could have been deferred again.
