“We were not sure what to expect for the 4 nights we stayed but our experience by the whole team at Lanson Place Parliament Gardens was exceeded from the time we checked in to the early morning departure. The breakfast was a descent selection and was consistently of a high standard. The staff were extremely welcoming and the service provided was a STAR (Service Tailored to Any Request). The facilities were clean , modern and well presented . Definitely be coming back when we are in Melbourne on our next visit.”

“This is the first time we have booked a hotel through Luxury Escapes and we have to say that everything worked out with our booking. The hotel description was as mentioned on the website and no unforeseen surprises appeared during the stay or at check-out. The company has a very large selection of fantastic hotels per location so it is not easy to choose a hotel. We had contact with customer service on one occasion and they provided exemplary service. We can highly recommend this company. We will definitely be back.”

“We purchased 2 packages through LE, with flights and extra cover(Insurance). Everything went perfect, no problems at all. We stayed at Barcelo Coconut Island, we have been here before. We had a fantastic time. We stayed in a one bedroom, garden view, pool villa and it was perfect. the room was spacious, the bathroom was huge, with beautiful supplies and our pool was fantastic. The restaurants, bars, pools and food were all amazing. The staff were all fantastic, they are very friendly, helpful and will make sure your stay is amazing. Then we went to Katathani, at Kata Noi Beach and this resort was great as well. We have booked over 10 trips with LE and we have never had a problem.”

“We stayed with our family and a large group (29 altogether) at Ayodya Resort in Nusa Dua through Lux Escapes in June 2025. We initially did have an issue with our organised LE airport transfer through the local transport provider but LE was swift to sort out any issues and offer us a credit for the issues we faced. We then had the all inclusive package and we had a great holiday. The resort is large and expansive and the staff were great, catering to all our needs. This is the second time we have been to Ayodya and we would recommend it, especially for families and kids. We had some memorable staff on our trip that we would like to especially thank - at the breakfast / buffet restaurant Sayong / Suesti / Nodi / Arum. Around the pool surfers corner Pandi, our amazing housekeeper / room attendant was so sweet Putri. Amelia down by the beach club restaurant. And Yuni whi was so helpful in assisting us in returning an ipad we had accidentally left in the room upon checkout. Overall we had a great trip and will be back one day. “We booked two consecutive holidays through LE and we were very happy with both Resorts. Centara Reserve Samui was the stand out resort. We have traveled a lot over time and this was the best Resort by far. Definitely 5 star. The room was modern and well equipped, breakfast was varied and very tasty. But what made it was the staff. Friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The resort on Koh Phangang probably is in need of a makeover. But overall it was still a very pleasant stay. And once again the staff were a delight. There was some confusion about the the transit arrangements between the resorts and the airport but all was sorted satisfactorily by LE and the resorts. Overall it was a great two weeks inThailand. Great value for money and the service from LE has been great as always.”

Hi Thomas, we're sorry to hear you’re disappointed about the parking charges. We've looked into your booking and can confirm it didn’t include parking, nor does it state that parking was included. The resort does offer parking facilities, but these attract their own fees, which are set and collected directly by the property. Our website notes that “surcharges may apply to select facilities and services,” which covers costs like parking. For this reason, we won’t be reimbursing these fees. “Junk fees; We were charged daily parking fees that were not disclosed in the promotion for our recent trip to Maui. The resort told us Luxury Resorts should have disclosed this information. After back & forth emails including a promised phone call we still have not received a reimbursement. We will be filing a complaint with the FTC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Travel companies are required to disclose parking fees upfront and failure to do so can result in penalties.”

“Indulgent Bali Getaway: Sofitel Nusa Dua (June) Our June stay in a Luxury Room at Sofitel Nusa Dua Bali was extraordinary. The resort brilliantly blends luxury, comfort, and Balinese charm. Our room was a haven with daily, unrequested cleaning, four complimentary water bottles daily, and bubble bath/sea salt setup. The balcony with its bird nest swing was a favorite. Exceptional service was constant. Dining highlights included a vast daily buffet breakfast at Kwee Zeen, and choices like Toya Beach Bar & Grill. Evenings featured daily complimentary cocktails and a welcome bottle of wine. Fitness amenities were excellent: a cardio room and a gym with sauna and steam room, all providing towels, drinks, and robes. The swimming pool with its pool bar was inviting. Highly Recommended Our June stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua was sublime. We highly recommend this luxurious and enriching Bali escape. First time we booked through Luxury Escapes and all went smoothly and well.”

“My reservation was cancelled and had I not called the hotel to help me with transportation I would have arrived and not had a room. Luxury customer service on the phone was somewhat helpful but getting someone to let me know what was happening was horrible. I literally didn't know if I had a room until a week before my trip. Luxury Escapes had no problem charging my credit card for my stay but didn't follow up to make sure that my reservation was accepted. I ended up with a downgraded room, which I did receive the price difference for but I feel the customer service part of this whole ordeal was very lacking. I also asked for help with securing transportation since I was unable to do it when I originally called the hotel because I had no reservation. I was told that you don't do that, although as I sat on hold on the phone that is one of the messages that is played repeatedly on your phone message. Super disappointed with this service and will definitely not renew this membership once it expires. I went against my better judgement to join it in the first place and it ended up biting me in the .....”

“Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The Hard Rock Maldives Resort immediately acknowledged LuxuryEscapes as a trusted and valuable booking platform, which further affirmed our choice. The package we booked—including smooth and well-coordinated domestic transfers—was thoughtfully arranged. Considering the inclusions, the overall value was exceptional and undoubtedly one of the best deals we’ve encountered. We stayed in the Gold Beach Villa and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy it offered with direct access to a serene beachfront—perfect for quiet mornings and peaceful sunsets. The “dine-around” option across 14 venues is a standout feature, offering a level of variety and flexibility we haven’t experienced at any other resort in the Maldives. Breakfast at Sessions was also a daily highlight, with a good variety and regular changes in buffet offerings that kept things fresh and interesting. Another major advantage is the added access to the neighboring SAii Resort, which includes breakfast, beach and pool usage, and even access to the kids’ club—an excellent bonus for families. We also appreciated how each resort’s beach provided a different water experience, with SAii’s beachfront being especially well-suited for water activities. The staff were mostly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We did have one minor encounter with a staff member who was noticeably rude and refused to apologize for a small misunderstanding, but it was negligible in the context of an otherwise outstanding experience. Overall, the resort delivered on every front—comfort, service, variety, and family-friendliness. A solid 10 out of 10.”

“I need to give feedback about Qunci Lombok Absolutely outstanding place, value and escape. I cannot accolade this place enough - staff who treat you with such care and beauty, esp the restaurant staff, but also the drivers and grounds staff, and amazing spa people. Food gorgeous and really happy with accommodation. Bring in more like this, out of the way places that are not only a pleasure to experience, but an honour to treasure as a significant life event. Listing and presentation were completely accurate, and genuine as written”

“We really enjoyed our 6 night Intercontinental Resort Jimbaran, Bali Luxury Escape. We chose the Sinjara Suite package which included afternoon tea, 1 hour free flow drinks, 65m2 suite, 1 hour massage, of course breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner. The restaurant choices were delightful, Uluwatu Spa Centre lovely, room spacious, impressive foyer and the staff are amazing. Friendly, warm, accommodating, genuine. Beautiful Balinese people. We normally stay in Nusa Dua but this time we thought we would stay in Jimbaran. A few steps from local shopping (but not like Kuta/Seminyak). We prefer a quieter setting so the location was perfect. Seafood markets a short drive away and of course a driver on stand by to take us to The Rock Bar and other places. This is our 4th Luxury Escape. We are planning to go back to Bali in 2026 and will certainly consider booking again.”

“We had the pleasure of staying at the Avila boutique resort and the photos you see on the website are accurate. This place is stunning Upon our arrival we told the front desk staff about our sunburn from Bali. Fresh aloe Vera plant( huge quantity) was promptly delivered to our room…. Wow! The staff knew our names. They had trouble pronouncing Janelle, so she went by JR. they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. One evening JR ordered a cocktail however the main ingredient tomato juice was out of stock. Not a problem as the kitchen staff blended fresh tomatoes🥰. The amenities were clean and the sunsets amazing A special shoutout to Sukrin and Febri…and the fantastically fabulous OJIM. These three deserve a pay rise. Will definately be back”

“If you want a true “get away from it all” this is the one for you. You can do as much or as little as you like but you will do it in comfort and in one of the most spectacular parts of the world. Portland Roads were excellent at keeping us informed and ensuring we went to sea with all the knowledge we needed and backup satellite communication should anything go wrong - it didn’t. We took there smallest boat, Due West, out and she was superb for what we were after. Comfortable bed, plenty of fridge & freezer storage, Nespresso for our morning cuppa and an ice maker for our afternoon cocktails and all was well in the world. Our only disappointment was that it ended all too soon. We went for 6 nights. Next time, and there will definitely be a next time, we will be going for longer.”

“Thailand treat The Great Northern Thailand tour by Luxury Escapes exceeded all of our expectations. We were fortunate to enjoy the wisdom of two knowledgeable tour guides and drivers who were considerate, polite and professional. Jah led us for the first three days. She was extremely efficient and helpful and ensured her sector of the trip ran smoothly and was enjoyable. Our tour guide for the next eight days Tippy and the driver Aiu were nothing short of spectacular. Their organisation of our day was personalised and they were very willing to accommodate our requests. Tippy went well beyond our expectations of a tour guide. The accommodation was excellent as were the tour activities. We are really glad we participated in every offering from a cooking school, canoe trips, elephant feeding and a train ride. The scenery was stunning as were the temples we visited. Hotels were varied in style but all were at least 4 star…a couple of them even 5 star….the floating hotel is one of the most unusual we have ever visited. There was a nice balance of food options of included meals and the opportunity to explore local restaurants. We highly recommend this tour as a comprehensive experience of Northern Thailand.”

“An absolute stunning hotel in the most perfect and convenient location. Our room overlooked the water which was fabulous, especially at night with all the lights. The room was very spacious with a beautiful huge wardrobe and bathroom. The bar downstairs was very cosy with a fireplace and had a great relaxing vibe. We will definitely be back at Macq01 !”

“Luxury Escapes always has great deals and offers, whether locally or overseas. We enjoy the accommodation and breakfast deal, especially the VIP lounge access deals. This is the second time we have used Luxury Escapes for accommodation in Singapore, and both times the accommodation and location have been outstanding. Slightly different deals with different hotel styles - one more traditional and the other more modern, however, both were great. Luxury Escapes have also been great for short trips to Sydney, Melbourne and Northern NSW. These deals offer different options, great value for money, and their customer service is friendly and helpful.”

“Well just completed my 20th trip with LE. So something must be right. I have at least 10 friends who now use LE after my recommendations. Great package deals. Super easy to organise and friendly staff to help incase you need help or have questions/ problems.. I have to say, I had a few Luxury Escapes packages booked over Covid and it must’ve been hell on earth for those people trying to change everything for everybody but it went very smoothly.. I can recommend using Messenger to contact Luxury Escapes. There’s usually someone that can answer pretty quickly or will transfer you to someone that can help if they can’t.. now I basically just book everything online and I’ve never had any problems. I am doing my first cruise with them this year so normally I just do accommodation packages…. I’ve actually been surprised at the quality of the hotels that are offered. I always read all the reviews and sometimes they’re not that great but we have had the best experience at every single one of them so far and I’m happy and more than happy to recommend Luxury Escapes.”
