Truly awesome deals and amazing customer service - use them all the time for our holidays. Most recently the Pullman Maldives which is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed in.

Booked an all inclusive free flowing drinks package. On arrival at hotel we were informed wine was not included. Having booked a number of similar packages with wine we were surprised. Luxury Escapes actually LIED saying the fine print excluded wine. It does now but DID NOT when we booked. It was subsequently modified by adding an additional sentence after they were informed by the hotel. DONT TRUST THEM. 😩. They were not prepared to help or offer any recompense.

We booked a 7 night Luxury scape package at the Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua Bali with meals and drinks package. A few thing to note that are not in the fine print: Not everything on restaurant menus is part of the meals package, including water which we had to pay for. The daily free flow drinks was limited to basic drinks only - no cocktails or high end spirits. The free half hour massage at the spa was only for a foot massage and nothing else. Recommendation is to ask about each inclusion first before paying and not assume! Luxury Excapes don’t include this info in the fine print.

Wasn’t a Luxury Tour, stayed at better hostels than the hotels we were staying at. Tour very outdated and not current. Felt like I was on a year 6 school excursion again! No free time just stuck on a bus from 8am to 8pm, lunch and dinner was mostly at the Road side service stations. Customer service is even worse when trying to speak to a team member they say they are available to speak 24/7 but don’t respond back and if they do respond they advise they will be in contact shortly.

All of our holidays have been bought from Luxury Escapes. The delas are great and the hotels are top class. If you need help there is always someone there and this time we had Iris to help us out.

When my wife and I are planning a Holiday Overseas,I always look for Luxury Escapes because for one,they have the Best deals and two,the service they provide is second to none. They are efficient and will do anything in their power but complying to the company rules,to make sure that the outcome is fair to both parties and you can’t ask for more.We would like to mention the name of Michelle C for the excellent service she has provided us. Booked an accommodation for Hoxton in DTLA, when we went to check in they told us they didn't receive any payments from Luxury Escapes so we had to make the payment again. On the listings, it also said breakfast bag was included but it wasn't communicated with the hotel so we ended up missing out. Tried contacting the support chat to resolve the issue but even though they said it was "escalated" I haven't heard anything back for 2 weeks.

I was thrilled with the package that was offered as it represented great value. We chose a luxury three day escape staying at the Star on the Gold Coast. It was a fantastic venue and the extras included in the package made it an outstanding stay. I discovered when I arrived that I had made a mistake with our booking and had arrived on the wrong day. I rang customer support and spoke with Jake L. and was thrilled to find myself talking to a polite, courteous young man who listened to my story. He promptly outlined a solution and promised me he would action things promptly and ring me back shortly. I hung up and really had no real exceptions that this would happen based on the usual lip service you get from any customer service. To my surprise Jake phone me within fifteen minutes to advise that everything had been rectified and there were no further costs or delays and we could begin our anticipated break. Thank you Luxury Escapes for a great package and thank you Jake for restoring my belief that customer service really does provide customer service. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to look for calue for money. great service and outstanding packages.

A phone call to Luxury Escapes to book a holiday in Bali was received by Amanda J. Hotel, flights and airport transfers were organised within minutes. I could not get onto Virgin Australia to book our seats, so I rang back and spoke to Safo at Luxury Escapes Flight Support. He allocated the seats we requested, even gave us a price for Business Class. Decided against that as it would be the price of our next holiday. Now that we're home, we appreciate how sweet the whole process was. We had Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner and bar vouchers to cover meals for the 7 nights at the hotel. The LE transfer drivers were great too. The 'arrival' driver must've been waiting patiently with his sign for a couple of hours till we got out of the terminal. He was jovial and friendly and gave us a few tips for our stay. The 'departure' driver (Puto Wijanegara) arrived on time, and took us to airport with time to spare.

My wife and I took a Luxury Escapes package for five nights (11 Mar to 16 Mar 2024) at The Leela Raviz Ashtamudi, Kerala. Luxury Escapes has never ever failed us. Each holiday has been better than the best…..and especially this one. The number of inclusions that come with all LE packages is real value for money. The stay at Lake Ashtamudi was an extremely enjoyable escape….the breath-taking views, mesmerising ambience, delectable food, and courteous and helpful staff left a lasting impression on us.
