“We have used Luxury Escapes a number of times and have always found the staff to be friendly and extremely professional. My only complaint would be the excessive waiting time when contacting them by phone.”

“I mistakenly spelt my partners name wrong on the ticket and even though we were in the uk and they are based in Australia, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Holiday was exactly as described and all went well. We had an amazing holiday at a reasonable price. Would definitely book again with them.”

“We purchased a 2 week stay at The Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger through Luxury Escapes back in November 2022 and used it in March this year. We had to change the dates due to Jetstar changing our schedules multiple times to the point where we eventually cancelled with them and rebooked with Hawaiian Airlines. Luxury Escapes made the date changes with them so easy and we had confirmation of it within minutes. The value included in the deal was second to none, yes, it was expensive compared to previous stays in Hawaii, but everything has gone through the roof there and this was still an excellent value deal compared to anything else we could find. We have used Luxury Escapes many times over the years and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“Love the boutique resort experiences - more regular options for families with inclusions would be great. It would be great to have payment options to make multiple instalments before the the due date.”

“Excellent range of luxurious holidays with amazing inclusions. Our most recent family escape was to Thailand, where we enjoyed a fabulous, all-inclusive holiday at Le Meridien Khao Lak. We have also had excellent value holidays to Byron Bay and Port Douglas. I highly recommend booking a great holiday through Luxury Escapes - lovely properties and outstanding value for money.”

“The Pullman is old and tired. Maintenance on the rooms is not evident. Power points are loose or not working, sink plug not working, toilet leaking onto floor. The air-conditioning is diabolical. The walls and bedding are constantly wet and the rooms smell of mould. There are notices in the rooms stating that the air-conditioning should not be set above 22 degrees otherwise condensation will appear. Most people in the hotel have complained about the air-conditioning and some (including us) have been moved to "dryer rooms". Our new room is one of their best suites and although much dryer than the previous room, the facilities in it show the same lack of maintenance. The staff are absolutely first class and must be commended for their efforts and attentiveness given that they can only deliver what they are given to work with and one could not ask for anything more from them. LE have advertised the venue as a 5 star facility, but given the current conditions here we would consider that rating to be false advertising and it should be re-rated to a 3 star facility.”

“Vietnam trip was excellent. Tours booked were varied and interesting. Hotels comfortable and staff and tour guides were happy to have tourists again and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. Travelled as a family with kids aged 10 and 12.”

“Our Muxury Escape at Centara Reserve Koh Samui was great. The property was as described and exceptional. As always resorts can be pricey so it was also great that within steps of the resort were excellent restaurants and massage options, and the main shopping strip wD only a short cab ride away.”

“Melia resort at Nusa Dua in Bali with all inclusive was excellent value and loved the resort. With Luxury escapes booking it for us plus flts made it all so easy and were a delight to deal with. Very accommodating phone staff”

“We were actually really excited and super happy with luxury escapes and the booking etc for our honeymoon in Bali at the gorgeous Mulia. Although super disappointed when we arrived to find that our package couldn’t be fulfilled as their day spa was closed :-( our plan was to have a pampering honeymoon and were very surprised that we couldn’t have any treatments. If luxury escapes had known this (especially considering it was in our package) and let us know by better communication beforehand, I would have researched, organized and pre planned for outside treatments etc for during our trip. Having looked forward to daily massages etc it was a shame. The resort was amazing though and service, food and cleanliness all incredible.”

“Well we have used luxury escapes on 2 times at very nice places and on both exceeded our expectations The Mulia in Bali and the Reverie in Saigon on both went without any dramas”
