It’s so crazy that the first time I became aware of Luxury Escapes, I thought it must be something dodgy. Then I came across somebody who had travelled with them and was raving about them so I booked my very first one to Thailand. So I was very anxious indeed about going that far for the first time on what I considered to be a dodgy company. So I’m telling you that everything that is offered is what you get. I was astounded at the quality of the accommodation on our first trip, and all the extras that came along with it. I thought we might be treated differently because we were on a Luxury Escapes package but no that is definitely not the case. Last week I just came back from my 12th holiday with Luxury Escapes and this time I took friends and they are all waiting for me to book another holiday for them , where we can travel together again on these great packages. Now two years ago or 18 months ago, I’m not sure what but I made a booking for a friend of myself to go into state in Australia and I booked the accommodation for one month, and when I booked the flights, I booked the wrong month . I was sitting on the couch and I had this epiphany all of a sudden that I’ve done something wrong and I had a look and realised I had stuffed up big time. I immediately got onto Luxury Escapes, and I often if it’s busy will just send a message through messenger and you get a very quick response. Long story short of me panicking and this whole thing was fixed by the next day flights and everything I could not believe it. Anyway I cannot and I stress cannot recommend this company enough. When I travel overseas, I do all of my stopovers using Luxury Escapes to have a mini break for three or four days in whatever country it is, and it’s very cost-effective. And they are always luxurious accommodation that I’ve booked. I have three more currently booked in. In fact next week I am on another one up in Northern New South Wales for three nights , as I make my way to northern Queensland. I can’t wait. So thank you Luxury Escapes you’re an absolute gem

We had booked a resort in Nusa Dua, Bali, in October’24 based on recommendations from friends.Sadly, was devastating to be advised by Luxury Escapes that the resort was closing In October & thus our booking would be cancelled. However, with great assistance from Lauren S & Riley L, they were able to provide us with a list of alternate venues that matched our pre paid flight dates and gave us similar benefits. We eventually settled on another resort in Nusa Dua, which was actually cheaper! Special thanks to Lauren S & Riley L for their professionalism in helping us through this difficult process. We just hope that the reality matches the promises of the alternate venue as this is our first trip to Bali.

This company "sells" you a vacation package for cheap but doesn't explain that there are additional charges which are pretty high, such as resort fees, etc. It is not a deal. In addition, they overcharged me and I wrote and called several times and no return on the additional money paid. I couldn't even talk to a supervisor or anyone higher than the person that answers the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE OR BUY!!! Even complained to BBB and they don't respond.

This company is a scam, please be very careful and stay away. What you pay and book for is not always luxury. I booked a room via this website for 4 people and turned to be over the maximum allowed room capacity. Hotel was listed 5 star however it was equivalent to a 3 star motel.

They stopped caring if it meets the criteria for a luxury offering As a customer for over 5 years with numerous Luxury Escapes trips, this year's choice, Ayodya Resort Bali, has turned into a nightmare. The purported 5-star hotel falls short of even a 3-star rating. The all-inclusive package excludes a multitude of meals and drinks. The aged hotel exhibits poor service with impolite staff. The food quality is subpar, leading to food poisoning. It's disheartening to witness a holiday turn into a massive disappointment. It appears Luxury Escapes has ceased to care or check the quality of their partner packages.

Don't use this company. I entered the words resort in Florida and this came up. I had no idea I would need to investigate it to see if it's an actual resort. At the price, almost three grand for the week, I didn't question it before a resort. It's a hotel. The hotel actually agrees that I should get my money back for it being not what I expected and luxury escapes just wants to give me a credit even after refunding the hotel. I don't wish to use this company again and now I'm stuck. They should give you a refund if the venue is willing to refund. Actually had the hotel manager contact them to try to make it happen and they refuse to give me my money back. Horrible experience. I wanted to bring my new fiance to a resort as a Christmas present and they ruined my christmas.

We booked a holiday with Luxury Escapes, to Kuala Lumper staying at The Pullman KLCC city centre. We have booked previous holidays through Luxury Escapes but this was the best by far. The Hotel, staff and quality of accomodation was excellent and we would highly recommend this package to any future travelers.

I was happy with staff on the phone when I did booking and very helpful but , two weeks before our flight my husband had to go to hospitals for heat issues he had , We were not sure we can go or not , I called Luxury escape , and asked them if we can delay or give us credit , they keep saying no , go and claim on your insurance , . Few time I asked staff please let me talk to your manager ,, they keep saying we have no manager or they are busy we get them to call you , but that never happened . , it was supposed to be holidays but I had so much stress I couldn’t believe

I have been using Luxury Escape for a few years now and their value for money and offers are awesome. They have so many destinations and inclusions in their offers that make me want to keep travelling. Would highly recommend anyone to use them I'm sure you'll find the same. The team at Luxury Escape are always so helpful in particular I have spoken to Hunter several times on different occasions and she is always on to any question or queries I have. She has exceptional customer service with a bright and cheerful attitude. I always feel confident speaking to Hunter as I know she will leave me feeling satisfied with my questions. Thanks Hunter you are really an asset to Luxury Escapes :o)
