Do not book your holiday with these people!! We had to pay an extra ~$2000 and had a terrible experience getting to our resort. Luxury Escapes failed to make it clear in our ‘package deal’ booking to Fiji that our transfers to our island resort excluded travel by sea! Pretty important part of an island resort holiday package booking you’d think!! So when we arrived at the Port Denaru after our flight landed at 4pm we had no ferry. We also discovered at this point that the last ferry leaves the port at 3.30pm so we never had any chance of making it regardless due to the flight booking time made as part of the Luxury Escapes ‘package deal’!!! As a result we had to walk around the port late at night with 2 kids and luggage to find accommodation for the night that cost us a fortune and ruined the start of our holiday. We’ve tried to resolve this with Luxury Escapes since and they have offered no explanations or cost refunds

Received exceptional service after reaching out to Luxury Escapes at midnight as a result of our Rex flight being cancelled the night before we were to check into our resort. Sebastian who took my call contacted our resort and then suggested booking another flight through their flight centre. All organised and completed in short time and we got to our resort on time

I was very impressed by the prompt service I received from Iris for the change of my booking due to cancellation of the flight by Vistara Airways. She was very efficient in helping me with the hotel in Maldives to change my booking to the date they were seats on the flight as due to the flight cancellation the next flight had very few seats available and Iris got the change done and confirmed in a very short time. I have been booking with Luxury Escapes for a few years now and have always found your customer service to be to notch. I look forward to booking with you the next time I am travelling. Thank you.

We purchased a weeks accommodation in Bali through Luxury Escapes website. The price seemed comparable to other Bali accommodation they were advertising. Based on now having accommodation, we booked our flights. After taking the money from my credit card, over 24 hours later they then proceeded to tell us they wouldn't honour the deal and we had to pay an extra $840 if we wanted that accommodation. This is Bait and Switch advertising which is illegal in Australia. They have been reported to the ACCC and the Office of Fair Trading. We have been left with no accommodation but flights to a destination. Obviously very unhappy with this outcome. I'm now worried this is just a scam website that is phishing for credit card details. Be very careful.

I cannot speak more highly of the services I received from the staff of Luxury Escapes, initially from Jonathan O, Lauren S and, last and but not least, Scott F for playing a huge role in achieving an unbelievable outcome. The Customer Support Team were extremly helpful and communicated well particularly Scott F who was efficient, professional and deligent and went that extra mile to help me to finally achieve the result that I did not expect and I must sincerely thank him for that. The small print in the LE Rules and Regulations indicated that I did not have an option to get a full refund ($16,275.00 approx) when I wanted to cancel a booking for October 2024 due to circumstances beyond my control. After pleading my case (which Scott assisted with understanding and expedience) LE offered an 80% refund and 20% forfeiture in fees, but after providing documentation to prove my case I was granted a 90% refund and 10% LE credit to be used at a later date. I was relieved with this most welcome result - it definitely help eliminate all the stress I was experiencing at the time. Thanks once again, Scott. I must point out that I have been dealing with LE for a long, long time, probably since its inception and I have always found their services top notch. It's a huge plus when one deals with real people over the phone, who speak the lingo efficiently, are deligent, understanding and produce produce positive results. Thank you LE - I will utilising your services as soon as I am in a position to do so.

We loved our 3 night stay at the Memoire Palace Cambodia. It was a beautiful place with supreme service from everyone. We were upgraded which made it even nicer. Thankyou Luxury Escapes for finding this gem!

We had a 3 night stay at Como Metropolitan Singapore. Our package included daily breakfast, mini bar was replenished daily, daily cocktail & unlimited coffee from the robot barista. The staff were friendly & super helpful. The amazing roof top infinity pool with fabulous city to ocean views. I highly recommend this hotel & hope to return soon.

What an awesome package we had with accommodation, all food, drinks, transfers and even a massage per person in our package! Couldn't rate Merusaka Nusa Dua highly enough. The staff are so friendly, the resort was spotless and the food and drinks were top notch with plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this as a top vacation spot.

Top class, we enjoyed our 6 day stay so much we are returning next year with the whole family! Service food accommodation facilities were all amazing! The Thai people are so friendly and willing to help at every request! The location is great, an easy walk to Patong beach and just a short ride to the shopping area of Patong ($200 Baht in a TukTuk) 5 stars !!

Great service from Luxury Escapes Michelle - when my booking got cancelled last minute due to flooding, Michelle quickly organised the re-booking and kept me informed of the status. The new booking dates confirmed - now crossing my fingers it doesn't flood again :)

What a fabulous stay we had at Essence Peregian Beach. Our Studio room was very spacious and comfortable. The big covered outdoor area with shutters, seating and a comfortable hanging chair was a delight. There are 2 pools and beautiful outdoor seating to relax in. The staff very very friendly and welcoming and we absolutely loved our stay there.

Very simple to use and great service . SO/ Bangkok would have to be the best check in we have ever experienced staff excellent and friendly breakfast was out standing fresh good variety and something different each day dinner was just as good a great location for us BTS just a short walk away and we will definitely be back again next year well done to the great team 100%

How about "Ordinary or Average Escapes" - that would be closer to the truth! My wife and I just returned from a 12 day Ultimate Japan Small Group Tour with Luxury Escapes, and it can only be described as disappointing! It was advertised as a 4 to 5 star hotel tour with "a passionate expert English-speaking tour guide". Only one night could be described as a 4 to 5 star hotel; the rest were barely 3 star. Few even had a bar - those that did, the bars were closed on the day we were there. Our guide spoke perfect English as he was born in Hawaii, but apart from the nightly emails sent advising what we were visiting the following day, there was not much additional information given. Our group nicknamed him the "gazelle" as he more often he went way ahead of the group once we left the coach and older members had trouble keeping up with him. Never did he give continual commentary of what we were looking at. We passed many groups who had ear-pieces as they listened to their guide explain the local customs and the history of the areas visited - not us! When he was asked him to step in and support us, he either stepped away with no comment, advised he wasn't there to help, or simply said "no!" I complained to Luxury Escapes Support team via email at day 4 and received an auto response advising I would be contacted within 72 hours. 4 days later I emailed again advising they obviously weren't taking my complaints seriously. Their almost immediate response was they were busy dealing with other issues but would get back to me shortly. On day 10 day of the tour I emailed again after nothing had changed (thinking they had had time to fix the issues raised on day 4) and was told they were working on it. Later that day we received an apology plus $500 cash refund and $1000 LE credit each. My wife and I would have preferred the problems fixed - 4 to 5 star accommodation as advertised, and a tour guide that looked after us and engaged with us - that's what we paid for. The compensation was adequate, but that was not the point - we gave them ample time to fix the issues. Compensating us simply admits they didn't do as advertised and ruined out trip. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the coach was a full size coach (as promised) with only 19 on the tour, so there was plenty of room to spread out. The coach driver was brilliant. And the sights, sounds and food of Japan were amazing. Having said that, the 7 course welcome dinner was a joke - one course was a chicken wing each, another was a slice of pizza - the food didn't get any better that night. One couple walked away in disgust. Luxury Escapes had an opportunity to fix the issues I raised (as did at least one other party) on day 4, but they chose to do nothing. As such, I would never use a Luxury Escapes tour again! Average Escapes should be their name!

It was our first time using Luxury Escapes, however we are familiar with using other discount sites such as Travelzoo and. Groupon getaways, so gave it a try. Everything was exactly as advertised (or actually better). Communication prior to our trip was quick and accurate. I contacted the hotel (NH Collection Dubai) to ensure that Luxury Escapes had the correct room and dates books. Everything was correct. Once at the hotel which is right on the stem of the Palm, and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and local mall we were quickly checked in. The half board / lounge access option was excessive. So much food and drink offered - we could use the lounge to pop in and have sodas / coffee/tea and light snacks, but the real value was the 2 hour happy hour that they hosted in the Revo restaurant. Unlimited Drinks and upscale appetizers. It was fun going daily to see what the servers would bring to our table. We had one issue with noise in the room, and it was resolved quickly. The manager upgraded us to a larger more private room and th3n followed up several times to ensure we were happy. This deal was almost too good to be true, and based on this stay would recommend both NH Collection and Luxury Escapes.
