I booked 2 getaways and cancelled one to my credit card but received notification that my payment was refunded as a credit. This was not the option I selected so I contacted Iris at LE who sorted this out for me and advised my credit card would be refunded upto 5 days later.

We have just completed our Ultimate Japan holiday. Before we left we were most alarmed to read 2 separate very scathing reviews for this same tour. After calls to LE voicing these concerns, we headed off Well, all we can say, is it’s been wonderful. Our guide Tom has been patient with all our queries, he has given us much detail of ancient Japanese history as we travelled along and has a good humour too. Thanks you Tom The scenery has been brilliant, the cities a marvellous contrast to the autumn colours and ancient temples the hotels have been good, one in particular spectacular in the mountains Hotels not close to main city precincts but that’s usually so and after a full and hectic day,chill out time is good. For the more adventurous you can catch train back to cities night life. You need energy as it gets hectic towards the end, It’s been fabulous

We booked a 7 night Luxury scape package at the Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua Bali with meals and drinks package. A few thing to note that are not in the fine print: Not everything on restaurant menus is part of the meals package, including water which we had to pay for. The daily free flow drinks was limited to basic drinks only - no cocktails or high end spirits. The free half hour massage at the spa was only for a foot massage and nothing else. Recommendation is to ask about each inclusion first before paying and not assume! Luxury Excapes don’t include this info in the fine print.

We had booked a resort in Nusa Dua, Bali, in October’24 based on recommendations from friends.Sadly, was devastating to be advised by Luxury Escapes that the resort was closing In October & thus our booking would be cancelled. However, with great assistance from Lauren S & Riley L, they were able to provide us with a list of alternate venues that matched our pre paid flight dates and gave us similar benefits. We eventually settled on another resort in Nusa Dua, which was actually cheaper! Special thanks to Lauren S & Riley L for their professionalism in helping us through this difficult process. We just hope that the reality matches the promises of the alternate venue as this is our first trip to Bali.

I was happy with staff on the phone when I did booking and very helpful but , two weeks before our flight my husband had to go to hospitals for heat issues he had , We were not sure we can go or not , I called Luxury escape , and asked them if we can delay or give us credit , they keep saying no , go and claim on your insurance , . Few time I asked staff please let me talk to your manager ,, they keep saying we have no manager or they are busy we get them to call you , but that never happened . , it was supposed to be holidays but I had so much stress I couldn’t believe

Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking to Vietnam last minute where the accommodation was booked through Luxury Escapes. After my initial requests to Luxury Escapes customer support were not so responsive once I got onto Natasha K she was more than helpful and very responsive. Thanks to Natasha I will be glad to use Luxury Escapes again.

Eccelesia, was very competent in his role and did everything he could to deal with our query. I had sent numerous emails to hotel to sort out airport transfer and had no response . Eccelesia sent email to hotel CC’d me in, i still never heard anything until I contacted them again when they responded within an hour . Eccelesia kept in contact with me at all times to make sure I was happy etc.

The Luxury Escape staff member was very good and explained why I didn’t get the information when I booked the Canberra hotel. It was frustrating not to speak to someone sooner and was not happy that the booking did not go onto my account as it went to an Apple email account. I have booked with Luxury Escape before and had no problems.

After a very frustrating 3-4 week process trying to sort out compensation, Mitchell R provide good support , and sorted the matter quickly. LE support system is very inefficient, clumsy, and frustrating

Jessica M in the Customer Service Team was very helpful. Even though the outcome wasn't exactly what I'd hoped for, Jessica did everything she could to ensure the best outcome given my circumstances and arranged a credit to my account for future use.

Greatly appreciated the desire to understand the problem. Helped us understand, and removed the confusion we had. Helped us think the misunderstanding we had was reasonable, and didn't treat us though we were foolish. At the end we felt like a valued customer

Mitchell R was great and got us the credit, unfortunately it is not showing up or the $500 credit [case no; 02988246 ] so we would like to see our credit for $2,005 in our account, also there is no mention of up coming holidays with you which we are doing on the 7th August. Please fix this problem
