“I've used Luxury Escapes a number of times and have been completely happy, both for overseas and domestic vacations. Thank you, your recommendations and packages have always been great. BUT we recently stayed at a hotel in Peth WA that was substandard to what we've come to expect. I notified the hotel with my feedback and concerns but I think Luxury Escapes may need to be a little more discerning about which hotel accommodation they recommend. This hotel was stated as "LUX Premium Collection" - stylish central Perth but I'm afraid I'd have to disagree.”

“We used to receive regular emails from Luxury Escapes which helped us select escape options. Unfortunately, the emails have long since dried up, and we now find options by chance when using other sites.”

“After a no response to an email request to help with re booking accommodation I called the call centre and organised a call back. Josephine called back a few days later. She was very pleasant and efficient, followed up the issue, got it sorted and followed up with the documentation. Very happy that Luxury Escapes has been very accommodating over Covid they have allowed us to change booking several times”

“Always had a good experience with Luxury escapes and had many wonderful holidays ..my holiday because we had to cancel and refer to another date did take sometime to resolve but did get to it in the end so very happy and looking forward to my our next experience with them.k”

“I had to book 3 hotel reservation packages that I had purchased last year from LE and Josephine of LE helped took care of it. She communicated with the Resorts and confirmed my preferred dates accordingly, quick respond and service. Thanks... :) all through emails. It would have been better if I could get through to the helpline though ( definitely not the service staff fault ( system issues ) and somehow the helpline auto answer function does not allow me to leave a SG contact number either. Cheerio”
