I had to book 3 hotel reservation packages that I had purchased last year from LE and Josephine of LE helped took care of it.
She communicated with the Resorts and confirmed my preferred dates accordingly, quick respond and service. Thanks... :) all through emails.
It would have been better if I could get through to the helpline though ( definitely not the service staff fault ( system issues ) and somehow the helpline auto answer function does not allow me to leave a SG contact number either.
