Had a problem with my travel insurance 2 weeks before flying out so very stressed but Elias was able to assist me until the issue was resolved. Elias kept in contact with me via email and phone to update me every step of the way. Elias was easy to talk to, patient and very helpful. Only negative thing is having to wait 1-2 hours on the phone to talk to someone but glad they're available 24/7.

Due to the COVID travel restrictions, and the difficulties of getting entrance to Queensland during this time, we were unable to rebook our holiday in time, as the resort filled up and there were no more available dates. I contacted Customer Service, and although it took an email and two phone calls to even get through, I spoke to Lachie, who quickly arranged for the resort to issue a cancellation, which resulted in a credit for future holidays.

Nothing but good experience with Luxury Escapes. Changed our location due to Corvid 19 could not have been easier. Recommended them highly. 'Natalie' went the extra mile with change of date and venue for us.

Bought a package about 12 months ago I hadn’t booked our trip yet , and we decided we no longer wanted to go to the destination of the package , I asked for a credit so we may use it on a different holiday of our choice , we got a full credit no questions asked great service

Lychota was amazing and very helpful and I can't thank her enough for her assistance. it was just a shame on the delay from my initial inquiry due to such high volume of inquiries. I was on hold for 2.5hrs before I finally hung up and sent an email instead. it all turned out great in the end and I love these holiday specials and have used many deals and will continue to use Luxury escapes for my holidays. there is no better deals!

Elias tried his hardest to get the deal we wanted in Melbourne but due to Covid restrictions etc., etc., he was unable too, which was a shame but he continued throughout to keep in touch with me by telephone and email to try and resolve the situation. We got a full credit to use at a later date.

Lychota resolved my booking circumstances without problems. COVID-19 made my travel plans unworkable, thankfully Lychota understood and was able to negotiate with the hotel to a happy outcome.

After over 11 hours in total on hold for LE I had very little to feel positive about till Lychota took over our file. We had had a number of bookings cancelled by lockdown and Lychota worked through the new dates and bookings...even responding to emails after her official work day finished to make sure it didn't drag on any longer. It should have been no surprise to LE that once travel opened up they would need a surge workforce so to leave customers on hold for literally hours when they had already paid for cancelled holidays was a customer service low.....and we are most grateful that we finally had the help of Lychota who delivers excellent customer service..
