Due to the COVID travel restrictions, and the difficulties of getting entrance to Queensland during this time, we were unable to rebook our holiday in time, as the resort filled up and there were no more available dates. I contacted Customer Service, and although it took an email and two phone calls to even get through, I spoke to Lachie, who quickly arranged for the resort to issue a cancellation, which resulted in a credit for future holidays.
